1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
Refunds or replacements are only available if:
- The item is defective*, damaged, or incorrect.
- You contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.
2. Condition of Returns
All returned items must be:
- Unused
- In resellable condition for incorrect watches
- In the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags
Used, worn, or altered items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

Unsuccessful deliveries caused by:
- Buyer’s unavailability or failure to pick up the parcel
- Incorrect shipping information
- Buyer’s failure to clear customs or pay import fees
4. Return Process
If your item qualifies:

- Our team will provide return instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business days after inspection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Slight variations in the alignment and setting of decorative stones are intentional and part of the watch’s unique design. They are not considered defects.
